"With a Tall Guy, He’s Way Bigger Than You No Matter What"

"When a guy is short, you feel fat. It’s weird, but there is a need to feel smaller in some way, protected and cared for and delicate. When you’re not super thin (even just average size), you feel really big and gross around a short guy. With a tall guy, he’s way bigger than you no matter what. With a short guy, you can easily weigh more than him or feel like you could crush him underneath you." - Source

This made me laugh because my wrists/shoulders are naturally twice my friend's size. He's 6 feet tall (the magic number!) yet I outweigh him while being shorter. This is another case of people twisting the truth when it promotes tall men.

Tall men are objectively lankier when they weigh the same as a short man. A fat woman would look fatter standing next to 6'5 Alexander Gustafsson, who walks around at 220 lbs. Most tall men are lighter than that. Meanwhile, here's 5'6 Ed Coan at around the same weight.

Of course, when tall men are skinny, they're models. When they're heavy, they're big protectors. Meanwhile, heavy short men are ugly and compensating, while the skinny ones are weak and make women feel gross.

The best part is this comment:

"The article is stating a reality that most ppl feel. It's not based on insecurities but on biological standards. While it may be a little shallow, aren't we all?"

It's not "biological" to assume every tall guy is some huge protector. You would be dead in the jungle for being this blind.

These hate articles and comments against short men are out of control. If some dude wrote the same thing about flat or fat girls, he'd be attacked much more. I'd bet money on it.

It's the ignorance and hypocrisy that irk me now, not the mere bashing of short men.
